Dress for success

Less is more.

Hot Yoga and Power Vinyasa involve movement and postures that are best done in light fitted cooling fabrics. Baggy cotton clothing can become cumbersome and hinder you. Feel free to consult an Instructor and check out the gear and apparel in the studio.

Privacy is a priority

We’ve got you covered.

Our space is your space but we understand the need for privacy. Private changing areas are available.

Bring your Inner Fire

And a few other things.

Having the right gear for yoga can go along way. Wearing tight fitting, close to the skin, breathable yoga gear goes a long way and lets you focus on your practice rather than clinging clothes.

Not sure what to wear? Check out our Apparel & Gear page. We have a large selection of men’s and women’s yoga apparel and gear to help keep you looking and feeling good whether you’re practicing on your mat or play around outside.

A yoga mat is required to practice. A water bottle and towel are highly recommended. Just visiting? Not a problem. Just rent a mat and towel from us.

Water is life

Keep yourself hydrated.

Sweating is the way our body stays cool. To sweat you need water.
Drink plenty of it throughout the day so you’re well hydrated before coming to class.

Once you’re here we’ve got you covered. We carry Core Hydration Water bottles & Vita Coconut Water in our refrigerator. We also have a water purification filter just outside our Hot Room.

Once you’ve become a regular, show it with one of our custom Rocktown Hot Yoga double walled insulated water bottles.

Food for thought

Full is foolish.

Avoid eating 2-3 hours before class – yoga is always best practiced on an empty stomach. Practicing on a few stomach can result in lethargy and nausea. If you must, less is more. Try a piece of fruit or an energy bar. You’ll soon discover what works for you.

Hyper about Hygiene

Sweating is a cleansing.

We clean up accordingly. We clean the Hot Room on a regular basis with safe for you (and the earth) products.
