Beyond 26-2 Workshop
DEC 7th 1-3pm
Get an in-depth understanding of the beginner poses and expand your practice with new poses
This is an interactive class with time for discussion and personal modifications
$30 per class
Sign up for one class before 11/23 and save $5 or sign up for both and save $15
Classes are appropriate for all levels from beginner to advanced

26-2 Bikram Method+
Come try something new to grow your practice.
This class adds variety and choice to an already great practice. The format and pace are the same, but the instructor offers a few more poses in the second set. You choose the pose to determine what areas you want to improve on whether it’s more flexibility, balance or strength. The addition of music lightens the atmosphere.
Not ready for variations? You still have the option of doing the standard second set of poses.
Friday Night Party Flow – Only $5
Join us for fun themes, music, and yoga.
Dress up or just come party.
However, do keep in mind you will sweat.
