26-2 Bikram Method

This class will always offer the same 26 postures & 2 breathing exercises with 105°F heat and 40% humidity. These classes are great for beginners and longtime practitioners alike.

Power Vinyasa

Centered around matching our movement to our breath. Practiced in 98°F & 35% humidity. Power Vinyasa is an energetic, playful style of movement that combines flowing from one posture to the next with steady holds and is sometimes set to music. Our flow welcomes all levels of practitioners and can be modified to suit the needs of the student.

Warm Yin

Our Warm Yin yoga focuses on going deeper than our muscles as we move slowly into our body with passive, longer-held poses than traditional yoga. The room temperature is between 76 & 82 degrees so it’s not too hot or cold but cozy and delightful. Yin targets the deepest tissues of the body. With careful guidance we go deeply into our connective tissues, ligaments, joints, bones, and the deep fascia networks of the body rather than the muscles (which are the physical focus of our other yoga practices we offer).
